A personal welcome
I run Calhoun Technology alongside my day job, serving small businesses across the greater Tampa Bay Area from Hernando County. I build websites and custom business tools to help you attract customers and run your work more smoothly. You work directly with me, with project timing and support agreed in advance.
My goal is simple: give your business a website or system that solves a real problem, feels like it belongs to your business, and is easy for the people using it.
Professional business websites that help customers understand your business, trust your work, and get in touch.
Organize requests, track work, and give clients access to information with a tool built around your business process.
Reduce repeated data entry, missed reminders, and manual handoffs by connecting the tools you use.
Get business email, accounts, domains, migrations, and access set up through a scheduled project with a clear scope.

The process
Step 01
You tell me about the business, what is working now, and what you want the website or system to make easier.
Step 02
For applications and automations, free scope discovery defines the workflow, requirements, integrations, and written implementation scope. Implementation then gets a fixed quote, with larger projects divided into phases.
Step 03
You review the real website or workflow as it takes shape, so feedback happens before launch instead of after everything is finished.
Step 04
Care is agreed separately, with hosting limits, maintenance, and a defined support allowance in the proposal. New features and scope changes receive separate approval and pricing.

Client feedback
I only publish feedback with a client's permission. Until I have an approved quote to share here, I would rather leave this section honest. I can provide a private project walkthrough or reference during a consultation when appropriate.
No filler quotes
Website care is quoted individually, separately from the build. It covers hosting within agreed limits, routine maintenance, and a defined support allowance for bugs and questions. Your proposal establishes the specifics and any content or SEO work.
