Define the proposed work
I work through the workflow, requirements, integrations, and technology choices with you, then define a written implementation scope. This defines the proposed work; development and prototypes are not part of free discovery.
A fixed implementation quote
Before paid implementation begins, I provide a written quote. Larger projects are divided into phases. New features and scope changes receive separate approval and pricing.
Care after launch
Website care
Website care is quoted individually, separately from the build. It covers hosting within agreed limits, routine maintenance, and a defined support allowance for bugs and questions. Your proposal establishes the specifics and any content or SEO work.
Application care
Ongoing care for applications and their integrations is quoted separately from implementation and website care. The proposal defines hosting limits, routine maintenance, and a support allowance for bugs and questions. New features and scope changes receive separate approval and pricing.
